01 · Agreement

Using HK716 means accepting these terms.

By accessing HK716Esports.com, submitting a form or purchasing an HK716 service, you agree to these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy and any scope shown at checkout or in a written order confirmation. If you do not agree, do not submit information or purchase a service.

You must be at least 13 to submit personal information. A purchaser or participant under the age of legal majority must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

02 · Services & orders

The purchased description defines the engagement.

HK716 offers gameplay assessment, player development, recruitment and digital-resource packages, media and casting support, controlled resources, and custom partnership services. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Stripe processes payments.

HK716 may correct an obvious pricing or description error before work begins. If an order cannot be fulfilled on the advertised terms, the customer may accept a written alternative or receive a refund.

03 · Customer responsibilities

Complete, lawful materials keep the work moving.

• Provide accurate contact, scheduling and service information.
• Submit requested footage, questionnaires and context in a reasonably usable format.
• Submit only material you own or have permission to share for review and service delivery.
• Do not send passwords, recovery codes, full card numbers or unnecessary sensitive personal information.

The customer grants HK716 a limited, nonexclusive permission to access and use submitted materials only to review the request, perform the purchased service, provide support, protect legal rights and maintain necessary records. HK716 does not receive ownership of the customer's original footage or materials.

04 · Delivery

Delivery begins after payment and complete materials.

If requested materials are incomplete, the fulfillment window pauses until they are received. If HK716 expects a material delay after work begins, Operations will provide a revised estimate using the customer's order email.

05 · Refunds & cancellations

A posted policy that both sides can follow.

• Before work begins: a written cancellation request qualifies for a full refund.
• Scheduled live sessions: cancellation or rescheduling at least 24 hours before the start time qualifies for a full refund or one free reschedule.
• Late cancellation or nonattendance: a request made less than 24 hours before the session, or failure to attend, is normally nonrefundable.
• Substantially performed or delivered work: payments are nonrefundable after an assessment, report, session or digital package has been substantially performed or delivered, except where required by law or where HK716 fails to provide the purchased service.
• HK716 cancellation: if HK716 cannot provide the service, the customer may choose a full refund or a mutually agreed replacement date.

Send requests to operations@hk716esports.com with the purchaser's name, order email and reason. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; financial institutions control final posting time. This policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.

06 · Digital materials & intellectual property

Purchase provides defined use—not ownership for resale.

Unless a written order says otherwise, HK716 reports, templates, manuals and digital resources are licensed to the purchaser for personal or specifically approved organizational use. They may not be resold, republished, sublicensed, posted publicly, stripped of ownership markings or used to create competing commercial materials without written permission.

Report a corrupted, incomplete or inaccessible delivered file within 7 days. HK716 will repair, replace or re-deliver it at no additional charge. Controlled-resource access may be revoked for misuse or unauthorized distribution.

07 · Conduct

Compete honestly and communicate safely.

Cheating, boosting, account sharing, fraud, impersonation, harassment, threats, discriminatory abuse, unauthorized distribution and infringement are prohibited. HK716 may decline, suspend or end an engagement for unlawful, unsafe, abusive or dishonest conduct. Refund eligibility will follow the policy above and applicable law.

08 · No guarantees

Development services do not promise competitive outcomes.

Assessments, coaching and recruitment materials are educational and developmental. HK716 does not guarantee wins, ranking gains, roster selection, employment, sponsorship, earnings, viewership, platform availability or professional status. Recommendations are based on the materials and context provided at the time of review.

Third-party platforms, games and payment services operate under their own rules. HK716 is not responsible for their outages, enforcement decisions, account actions or changes.

09 · Liability

Reasonable limits apply where the law permits.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HK716 is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from a service or this website. For a paid service, aggregate liability will not exceed the amount the customer paid for the service giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

10 · General terms

Georgia law governs these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, the parties should attempt in good faith to resolve the matter through Operations. Any proceeding that cannot be resolved informally must be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction over the dispute, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver. HK716 may update these terms as services change; the effective date above identifies the current version.
