Who this policy covers.

This policy applies to visitors, applicants, customers, partners and authorized staff who use HK716Esports.com, submit an HK716 form, purchase an HK716 service or communicate with Operations. It does not replace the privacy notices of Stripe, Twitch, Microsoft, Activision, Xbox or other third-party platforms you choose to use.

02 · Information collected

We collect information needed to run the program.

Information you provide

• Name, email address, gamertag or Activision ID, competitive role, rank, availability and timezone.
• Organization or brand, working budget, inquiry details, requested resources and consent choices.
• Gameplay footage, questionnaires, account context, recruitment materials and other files you submit for a purchased service.
• Order and support information, including the purchaser name, order email, service selected and refund or complaint details.

Payments

Stripe processes checkout and payment information. HK716 may receive transaction status, amount, customer contact details and limited payment-method information, but does not directly store full payment-card numbers.

Technical information

The website and its providers may process IP address, browser and device information, timestamps, authentication events, cookies or similar technologies, and security or diagnostic logs needed to deliver, protect and troubleshoot the service.

03 · How information is used

Information supports defined operating purposes.

• Review tryouts, service requests and partnership inquiries.
• Process orders, schedule sessions and deliver assessments, reports, resources and digital packages.
• Communicate about submissions, payments, fulfillment, support, refunds, safety and policy changes.
• Protect the website, authenticate staff, prevent fraud and enforce community, licensing and access rules.
• Maintain financial, operational and legal records and comply with lawful obligations.

HK716 does not sell personal information. HK716 does not use submitted gameplay, applications or private inquiries to train a public artificial-intelligence model.

04 · Service providers & disclosure

Limited sharing keeps the operation functioning.

Information may be processed by providers supporting payment, hosting, authentication, email, storage, security and business administration. Those providers receive information needed for their role and operate under their own terms and legal duties.

HK716 may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful process, protect a person from harm, investigate fraud or abuse, enforce agreements, or complete a legitimate reorganization or transfer of the business. HK716 does not disclose private submissions to teams, sponsors or partners without permission unless required by law.

05 · Retention

Keep what is needed—then review it.

Inquiry and applicant records are ordinarily reviewed for deletion or anonymization after 24 months. Service files are retained for the time needed to complete the engagement, provide reasonable support and resolve disputes. Transaction, tax and accounting records may be kept longer when required by law or a legitimate business need.

Controlled-resource access records may be retained while access remains active and afterward when needed to document licensing, misuse or enforcement.

06 · Security

Restricted access and practical safeguards.

HK716 uses HTTPS, restricted staff access, account authentication and service providers designed to protect information. No online system can promise absolute security. Never submit passwords, verification codes, recovery codes, Social Security numbers or full card numbers through an HK716 website form.

07 · Children

The site is not directed to children under 13.

HK716 does not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13. Purchasers and program participants under the age of legal majority must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. A parent or guardian who believes a child under 13 submitted information should contact Operations so the record can be reviewed and deleted.

08 · Your choices

Request access, correction or deletion.

You may ask HK716 to provide, correct or delete personal information associated with your submission. HK716 may request reasonable verification before acting and may retain records required for transactions, fraud prevention, disputes, licensing or law. Rights can vary by location.

Material updates will appear on this page with a revised effective date. Privacy questions and requests may be sent to operations@hk716esports.com. Include enough information to identify the relevant record, but do not send sensitive credentials or payment data.
