01 · Terms of Use

Use the platform honestly and responsibly.

HK716 Esports Entertainment is an operating brand of BESIRM Holdings. By using this website, submitting a form or purchasing an HK716 service, you agree to these policies and to provide accurate information.

What HK716 provides

HK716 offers gameplay assessment, player development, digital recruitment materials, media and casting support, and custom partnership services. The exact scope is the description shown at checkout or in a written order confirmation.

No performance guarantee

Coaching, assessment and recruitment materials are educational and developmental services. HK716 does not guarantee wins, ranking gains, roster selection, employment, sponsorship, earnings or professional status.

Eligibility and acceptable use

• You must be at least 13 to submit personal information. Anyone under the age of legal majority must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to purchase or join a program.
• No cheating, boosting, account sharing, harassment, threats, fraud, impersonation or infringement of another person's rights is permitted.
• HK716 may decline or end an engagement for unsafe, unlawful, abusive or dishonest conduct. Any refund will follow the policy below and applicable law.

02 · Service delivery

Clear timing starts with complete materials.

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Delivery windows begin after payment clears and HK716 receives the footage, questionnaire, account details or other materials reasonably required to perform the service.

If a delay is likely, HK716 will contact the customer using the email supplied with the order and provide a revised estimate.

03 · Refunds & cancellations

A fair policy for both sides of the work.

• Before work begins: request cancellation in writing for a full refund.
• Scheduled live sessions: cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the start time for a full refund or free reschedule.
• Late cancellations and missed sessions: cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time, or a failure to attend, are normally nonrefundable.
• Work already performed: after an assessment, report, session or digital package has been substantially performed or delivered, the payment is nonrefundable except where required by law or where HK716 fails to provide the purchased service.
• HK716 cancellation: if HK716 cannot provide the purchased service, the customer may choose a full refund or mutually agreed replacement date.

Send requests to operations@hk716esports.com with the purchaser's name, order email and reason. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank processing time may vary.

04 · Digital-product policy

Licensed to the purchaser, not transferred for resale.

Digital files and controlled resources are licensed for the use described in the order or written permission. Unless HK716 gives written commercial permission, the purchaser may not resell, republish, distribute, remove ownership markings from or claim authorship of HK716 materials.

If a delivered file is corrupted, incomplete or inaccessible, contact Operations within 7 days. HK716 will repair, replace or re-deliver the file at no additional charge. Access to controlled manuals may be revoked for misuse or unauthorized distribution.

05 · Privacy Policy

We collect what is needed to operate the program.

Information collected

HK716 forms may collect a name, email address, gamertag, competitive role or rank, availability, organization, budget range and the message or materials submitted. Protected staff access uses verified account information. Basic technical and security logs may be processed by the website platform.

How information is used

Information is used to review tryouts and inquiries, deliver services, communicate about requests, protect the site, maintain business records and meet legal obligations. HK716 does not sell personal information.

Payments and service providers

Payments are processed by Stripe. HK716 does not directly store full payment-card numbers. Website, authentication, email, payment and storage providers may process information only as needed to provide their services or meet legal requirements.

Retention and choices

Records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for the stated purpose, an active relationship, dispute prevention or a legal requirement. Inquiry and applicant records are ordinarily reviewed for deletion or anonymization after 24 months. To ask for access, correction or deletion, contact Operations. Some records may be retained when legally required.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and HK716 does not knowingly collect their personal information. A parent or guardian who believes a child under 13 submitted information should contact Operations so it can be reviewed and deleted.

Security

HK716 uses HTTPS, restricted staff access and service providers designed to protect information. No online system can promise absolute security, so please do not submit passwords, recovery codes, payment-card numbers or other unnecessary sensitive information through website forms.

06 · Community Code of Conduct

Compete hard. Treat people like people.

• Communicate without harassment, discrimination, hate speech, sexual misconduct, threats or targeted humiliation.
• Compete without cheats, exploits, match manipulation, account sharing or dishonest reporting.
• Respect privacy, confidential team information, event rules, staff decisions and third-party intellectual property.
• Report safety or conduct concerns privately to Operations. Retaliation against a good-faith reporter is prohibited.

HK716 may warn, suspend or remove participants whose conduct threatens safety, fairness or the organization's standards.

07 · Accessibility

Access is part of professional service.

HK716 aims to provide keyboard-friendly navigation, readable contrast, clear labels and responsive layouts. If a page, document or service creates a barrier, contact Operations with the page or material involved and the accommodation requested. HK716 will make a reasonable effort to provide an accessible alternative.

08 · Intellectual property

Original work stays protected.

Unless otherwise identified, original HK716 website text, graphics, reports, training systems, controlled manuals and branded materials are owned or controlled by BESIRM Holdings. No license is granted except the limited use expressly stated with a purchase or written authorization.

Call of Duty, Black Ops, Activision, Twitch, Xbox and related names, products and marks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance describes platforms or subject matter and does not imply sponsorship, endorsement or affiliation.
